Compensation

Pay range : $14.68-$51.00 / hrs

Description

Support the architecture team in managing processes and progress tracking.

Facilitate daily monitoring and corrective action development.

Ensure team understanding and adherence to established processes.

Define and communicate product quality expectations.

Collaborate on scheduling, defect remediation, and refactoring.

Organize and manage team meetings and resource planning.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as an administrator to the governance team.

Manage and report on key performance indicators and dashboards.

Track team progress and assist in meeting commitments.

Maintain and enrich the team's knowledge-sharing platforms.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in information technology, business, or related field.

5 years of experience in project management or as a Scrum Master.

Proficient in software development lifecycle methodologies.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

Experience with data organization and reporting tools.
