Provider Services Representative

A company is looking for a Senior Representative, Provider Services - Remote. Key Responsibilities Manage provider training and network development while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations Serve as the primary contact for high-priority providers, educating and engaging them as partners Resolve complex provider issues and provide training to other Provider Services Representatives Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in provider contract, network development, or project management 3 - 5 years of customer service or provider service experience in a managed care setting 5 years of experience in provider contract negotiations in a managed healthcare setting Familiarity with managed healthcare provider compensation methodologies, especially in Medicaid and Medicare Preferred : Bachelor's or master's degree and 5+ years of experience in managed healthcare administration
