At Flywheel Centers, we're on a mission to support children with autism and the families who love them. As a Behavior Technician, you'll provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in homes or schools under the guidance of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Your work helps children build real-life skills and reach their potential in everyday environments.

What You'll Do

Work directly with children diagnosed with autism in their home or school setting

Follow individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA

Implement evidence-based strategies to help children improve their behaviors and communication

Collect and record session data to track progress

What You Need

High school diploma or equivalent

Must be 18 years of age or older

Personal transportation and a reliable vehicle

Childcare experience required

ABA experience is a plus-but not required

A positive attitude, patience, and love for working with kids
