Biotechnology Litigation Attorney

Our client is a top firm, seeking an experienced IP litigation associate for its biology, biotechnology, and chemical patent litigation practice. T his position is for the firm's Washington, DC office or can be fully remote. The salary range for this position is between $260k to $365k.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of IP litigation experience in biologics, pharmaceutical, chemical or biotech litigation, PTAB, and / or related patent litigation experience.
• Advanced degree in biology, molecular biology, biochemistry, organic chemistry, pharmacology, or a related field.
• Prior experience working on BPCIA and / or Hatch Waxman litigation matters is a plus.
• USPTO registration preferred.
• Top academic credentials.
• Strong analytical skills, as well as writing and interpersonal communication.
• Team focused with strong client-interfacing skills.
