Job Summary and Responsibilities

CHI Mem orial Medical Group is seeking an Outpatient Geriatric Physician to join our team in Chattanooga, Tennessee.

Position details :

Schedule : Monday - Friday 8 AM - 4 : 30 PM
Call : Reasonable - telephone only
Procedures : Cognitive assessment with a blend of primary care
Population : Patient ages 55 +
Resource team includes a LCSW
Eligible for quarterly bonuses following the guarantee period
Highly competitive; 50th percentile, initial guarantee with work RVU Production Incentive

MD or DO degree

Board certified / board eligible

Ability to obtain an active medical license in state of Tennessee and / or Georgia
