SIH Logan Primary Care - Herrin  offers primary care services including Internal Medicine and Family Medicine.  Our conveniently located outpatient facility also provides imaging (radiology) and laboratory services as well as Prompt Care walk-in services.

SIH Center for Medical Arts  is a multidisciplinary health care facility serving the residents of southern Illinois. Primary care services include family medicine, internal medicine, geriatrics and pediatrics. The Center also provides access to specialty care services such as allergy / immunology, behavioral health, ENT, endocrinology, gastroenterology and rheumatology.  Our outpatient facility also provides imaging (radiology) and laboratory services as well as Prompt Care walk-in services.  The Physicians Surgery Center offers same-day surgery in a warm, personalized setting.

SIH Primary Care Murphysboro  offers primary care services for the entire family.  Our Murphysboro location also houses Podiatry services.

SIH Primary Care Carbondale offers Internal Medicine services in a historic building within walking distance of Memorial Hospital of Carbondale.

SIH Logan Primary Care - West Frankfort offers primary care services for the entire family and after hours / weekend walk-in services.

SIH Primary Care Eldorado offers primary care services for the family and is open late three nights per week for after-hours care.

SIH Primary Care Harrisburg offers primary care services for the entire family, podiatry care and surgical care.  A walk-in service on Saturday is available.

SIH Primary Care Anna offers primary care services for the entire family.
