General Laborer

As a General Laborer, you will be responsible for various aspects of the production operation, including metal finishing, paint line work, final assembly, and more. This position is integral to maintaining the quality and efficiency of our production processes.

Responsibilities :

• Participate in metal finishing, painting, and final assembly processes.
• Operate machinery and perform tasks related to production and assembly.
• Read and interpret blueprints as needed.
• Ensure clean welds and take pride in the quality of work.
• Maintain flexibility and openness to perform tasks outside of job responsibilities.

Work Environment :

Work in a mid-size, 30-person fabrication shop equipped with paint, press brake, welding, and assembly facilities. The environment includes two buildings on site, handling mild steel ranging from 20 gauge to 1 inch. Enjoy a flexible work schedule from Monday to Thursday, 5 : 30 am to 3 : 30 pm, with optional overtime on Fridays. Paid breaks and a 20-minute lunch are included.

This is a Contract position based out of Dunlap, TN.

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
