What You'll Do

  • Lead a team to handle driver inquiries, disputes, and compensations to meet operational targets
  • Review, align, and deploy internal SOPs across departments for cohesive operations
  • Collaborate with Legal, Marketing, and Business Development to update Terms and Conditions for clarity and compliance
  • Gather insights on fraudulent behaviors and work with Anti-Fraud team to develop prevention strategies
  • Manage escalated cases ensuring timely resolutions
  • Conduct performance coaching for driver partners breaching policies
  • Enforce service and safety rules, applying disciplinary actions when necessary
  • Utilize Excel / Spreadsheets to track data securely and accurately

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Energetic, proactive, detail-oriented, passionate
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and quick to learn new software
  • Minimum Diploma in Business or related field
