Role Responsibilities :
Conduct thorough assessments of patients on admission and during each shift, promptly addressing and reporting changes in condition.Perform nursing procedures as directed by medical providers, ensuring accurate documentation in patient medical records.Administer medications and monitor patient responses, taking action if unexpected side effects occur.Provide exceptional patient care by anticipating needs and swiftly addressing requests.Educate patients and families regarding medical conditions, treatment plans, and medications to ensure clear understanding.Qualifications :
Current Registered Nurse license.Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a Registered Nurse diploma.Basic Cardiac Life Support certification is required within 30 days of employment.Methodist Hospital Stone Oak is equipped with cutting-edge technology and offers a wide range of services.
