Location : Stoughton, MA (100% On-Site) Pay : $18.50 / hour Schedule : Monday Friday, 8 : 30 AM 4 : 30 PM (35 hours / week) Temp-to-Perm Opportunity with a Great Company!

About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers in a company program, providing important program information, clarifying documentation requirements, and delivering excellent service with professionalism and care.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to PCA program customers (consumers, surrogates, and personal care attendants)
• Provide clear and accurate program information
• Work collaboratively with Consumer Relations staff to address customer needs
• Accurately perform data entry using Microsoft Office tools
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to reporting procedures
