Job Responsibilities

• Customized Therapy Development : Assess patients' requirements and draft tailored therapy plans to help them reach their functional milestones
• Implement Therapeutic Practices : Apply evidence-based methodologies to improve patients' motor abilities, cognitive functions, and activities of daily living
• Collaborate with Healthcare Teams : Work side by side with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to provide well-rounded, comprehensive care
• Educate Patients and Families : Guide patients and their caregivers in therapy strategies to ensure continued progress outside of the clinical setting
• Track and Evaluate Progress : Monitor clinical outcomes and modify treatment plans as necessary, ensuring patients stay on their path to recovery
