This role focuses on providing high-quality therapy services to residents, supporting mobility, strength, balance, and overall functional improvement under the supervision of a licensed PT in a residential care setting.

What You'll Do :

• Deliver individualized PT care to residents in a residential care setting
• Assist in implementing treatment plans designed by the supervising PT
• Collaborate with the rehab team and families to support resident outcomes
