Key Responsibilities :
Deliver 1 : 1 ABA therapy to children with Autism in-home or community settingsImplement personalized skill-building and behavior support plansTrack client progress through electronic data collectionFoster a positive, engaging, and supportive environmentCollaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure treatment successQualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework in Psychology, Education, or related fields is a plus)A genuine passion for working with children and making a differencePatience, empathy, and strong communication skillsWillingness to complete the 40-hour RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) courseAvailability for at least 6 monthsAdditional Information :
