About the Role
As a People Operations Partner you will own and scale the programs systems and processes that power the employee experience at NexHealth. This role is based in San Francisco with hybrid flexibility though were open to strong remote candidates across the U.S.
Reporting to the COO youll manage the backbone of our people infrastructurespanning HR systems compliance benefits and the full employee lifecycle. This is a senior individual contributor role with potential to evolve into a people leadership position as the function grows. Youll architect scalable processes enable data-informed decision-making and build the connective tissue between People Finance and Leadership to ensure NexHealth grows responsibly efficiently and in alignment with our culture and operating principles.
