LTIMindtree seeks an experienced Oracle PLSQL Developer (Senior Specialist) to develop, maintain, and optimize database solutions supporting business requirements. The role requires 7?11 years of experience in Oracle PLSQL and ANSISQL.

Job Description

Core responsibilities include developing, maintaining and optimizing complex PLSQL programs, designing efficient database solutions, performing data analysis and validation, collaborating with cross?functional teams, leveraging dimensional data modelling techniques, monitoring and tuning database performance, documenting designs, and staying current with Oracle DB technologies.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of PLSQL packages, procedures, and functions.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior team members on best coding practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex database issues and performance bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with data architects and business analysts to design dimensional models supporting analytics.
• Participate in database migration, upgrade, and patching activities.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, security policies, and compliance requirements.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize and manage database development tasks.
