Job Responsibilities

• Create Customized Treatment Plans : Assess the needs of patients and formulate personalized therapy strategies to help them achieve their goals.

• Collaborate with Healthcare Professionals : Work closely with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to deliver integrated, holistic patient care.
• Educate Patients and Families : Guide patients and their families on techniques that support ongoing recovery at home.
• Track Progress and Document Results : Monitor clinical advancements and modify treatment plans as necessary to ensure patient success.
