Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate and compliant HR systems and carrier platforms
Manage benefits administration, including enrollments and vendor coordination
Oversee leaves of absence (LOA) and ensure employee support through effective communication
Required Qualifications
1-3 years of HR experience, with preference for knowledge of HRIS or benefits systems
Proficiency in Paylocity, TBX, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint)
Strong technical mindset with a focus on data accuracy
