PM&R Opportunity - Fairbanks, Alaska

This is an exciting opportunity for a BE / BC PM&R physician to join a well-established clinic that has historically operated under anesthesiology leadership and is now expanding to include a PM&R specialist. Bring your expertise, vision, and leadership to help broaden the program's scope and services.

Practice Highlights

  • Multidisciplinary team including orthopedic surgeons, anesthesiologists, osteopathic physicians, and behavioral health specialists
  • Outpatient-based practice with procedure suite equipped with a C-arm and RFA machine
  • Focus on conservative treatment, offering interventional procedures such as epidurals, nerve blocks, and radiofrequency ablation
  • Flexibility to shape and expand service lines within a supportive environment

Schedule

  • Outpatient schedule with excellent work-life balance
  • No inpatient call requirements

    • Compensation & Benefits

  • Average compensation : $510,000 - $600,000
  • Sign-on bonus : $65,000
  • Time off : 7 weeks annually
  • Loan forgiveness : Eligible for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) through 501(c)(3) status
  • Relocation support : 90 days of temporary housing for relocating providers
