Key Responsibilities :

Ensure quality care by adhering to physician standards.

Provide in-home care for patients.

Prepare and maintain accurate clinical notes in the clinical record.

Carry out assigned tasks, including administering treatments and medications and assessing overall patient health.

Coordinate follow-up communication with case managers and physicians as required.

Complete electronic and paper documentation in compliance with state and federal guidelines.

Engage in continuing education as necessary for professional growth.

Qualifications :

Valid and active nursing license and registration.

Current CPR certification.

Familiarity with OSHA, FDA, and HIPAA regulations.

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, pass a fit-to-work physical, and maintain good health free of communicable diseases.
