We are seeking a dynamic underwriter to develop and manage an underwriting team for our client by meeting premium production and profitability goals while maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities :

• Analyze new and renewal business for exposure, loss experience, and timely payments.
• Negotiate pricing with retail agents and work with the management team to achieve goals.
• Mentor and assign work to team members, ensuring efficient workflows and professional growth.
• Collaborate with claims adjusters and industry partners to resolve issues.
• Foster strong relationships with agents, brokers, and carrier representatives.
• Travel to meet with agents / brokers and attend industry events.
• Contribute to providing exceptional customer service and uphold company standards.
