Business Overview :
The Back Office Fund Administration team is responsible for the daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting, recordkeeping and financial reporting of mutual funds. The team facilitates the annual audit process and prepares and files regulatory documents for 1940 Act-registered funds as well as non-1940 Act-registered funds.
Works closely with both internal and external business partners to analyze data to identify potential issues and perform research as needed to develop appropriate solutions.
Perform controls, balance accounts, posts accounting entries, prepare and file regulatory reports, and shareholder statements according to established procedures and regulatory rules.
