Accounting Specialist

Ledgent Finance & Accounting is partnering with a established and reputable Houston client near the Galleria area to find a skilled Accounting Specialist for a long-term contract / temporary opportunity.

Responsibilities :

• Manage full-cycle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes
• Apply customer payments and reconcile account discrepancies
• Perform 3-way matching for purchase orders, receipts, and vendor bills
• Reconcile vendor statements and assist with timely bill payments
• Assist with financial reports, reconciliations, and month-end processes
• Communicate with customers and vendors to resolve billing and payment issues
