Job Title : Production Technician - x3 immediate openings!

Type : Temp-to-Hire

Location : Minneapolis, MN

Shift : Monday–Friday, 6 : 00 AM – 2 : 30 PM

Pay : $21.68–$26.00 / hr. | Weekly Pay

• $0.50–$2.00 / hr. raise upon hire (520 hours) based on performance

We’re looking for a hands-on Production Technician to support our growing team. If you enjoy troubleshooting, working with electronics, and being part of a fast-paced production environment, this is the role for you!

What You’ll Do

Be the first responder to production line issues (“Line-Down” situations)

Troubleshoot and repair electronic boards and components

Perform soldering and component-level repairs (IPC / J-STD experience a plus)

Analyze test data and help improve product quality

Support new equipment setup and maintenance

Contribute to continuous improvement and TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) efforts

What We’re Looking For

Required :

2+ years of experience in electronics repair or production support

Strong troubleshooting skills with PCBs and electro-mechanical systems

Familiarity with ESD protection practices

High school diploma or equivalent

Must pass BG check and drug screen

Preferred :

2-year technical degree or equivalent experience

Experience with test fixture design or programming

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.63 - $26.44 / hr.
