Key responsibilities include overseeing daily field operations for residential site work projects, coordinating crews, subcontractors, equipment, and materials to meet production goals, ensuring compliance with safety standards, environmental regulations, and project specifications, monitoring quality control and resolving on-site issues proactively, and communicating progress with project managers, engineers, and developers.

A successful Superintendent - Residential Site Work should have proven experience in residential site work within the property and construction industry, strong leadership and organizational skills to manage on-site teams effectively, knowledge of construction safety regulations and best practices, excellent communication skills to coordinate with stakeholders and provide clear updates, technical expertise in construction processes, tools, and equipment, and the ability to solve problems and make decisions under pressure.
