Job Title : RPO Team LeadJob Description
We are seeking a dedicated RPO Team Lead who possesses a deep understanding of the core aspects of the RPO problem, whether it be in flight dynamics, GNC, or modeling RPO. This role requires technical expertise to support proposals and new work, along with the ability to plan missions effectively. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated leadership and managerial responsibilities, with a focus on organizing the current and future team around the RPO problem to ensure success.
Responsibilities
Understand and address core aspects of the RPO problem in domains such as flight dynamics, GNC, or modeling.
Provide technical knowledge to support proposals and new mission planning.
Demonstrate leadership by taking on managerial responsibilities.
Organize and set up the team for current and future successes around the RPO problem.
Essential Skills
Minimum of 10 years of experience in relevant fields.
Technical expertise in RPOD and aerospace.
Experience in satellite operations and mission planning.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Previous experience with satellite systems and operations.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively.
Work Environment
The team will initially consist of 8 members and is expected to grow to 12-14 on the LEXI program. The work environment supports innovative and scalable solutions across various on-orbit servicing missions. The office promotes creative thinking with amenities such as outdoor working spaces, a full bar with coffee and alcohol, lounge areas, and a large community workspace, fostering a passion for cleaning up space.

This is a Permanent position based out of Denver, CO.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $150000.00 - $200000.00 / yr.
Stock options, 4% 401k match, 8 Holidays (2 additional floating), 20 PTO days, 12 sick days, great health, dental, vision.
Workplace Type
This is a fully onsite position in Denver,CO.
