Indiana Neonatal Nurse Practitioner Locum Tenens Job

Setting : Level III NICU

Schedule : 14 Hour Shifts (5PM -7AM or 6PM-8AM)

Overview :

We are currently seeking experienced Neonatal Nurse Practitioners (NNPs) for locum tenens coverage in a Level III NICU in Indiana starting January 2026. You'll be supporting the Neonatologists by covering the night shift in house. but will have a Neonatologist near by and available on call as needed. The NNP will be expected to attend high risk deliveries, be proficient in neonatal resuscitations and intubations, line placements and experienced in the care of critical NICU patients.

Details / Requirements :

Shifts : 14 Hour Shifts ( 5PM-7AM OR 6PM-8AM)

Days needed : Tuesday - Sunday

Neonatologist on call as needed

Responsibilities : Direct patient care in a Level III NICU. Additional details can be provided by the Medical Director during candidate interviews.

12-15 Daily Patient Census

Relevant neonatal experience, preferably in a Level III NICU

Active Indiana NP or PA license
