As the Senior Logistics Manager, you will lead the North America logistics organization within our Health & Biosciences Business Unit, overseeing transportation and 3PL warehousing. This role is partially remote and can be located in Cedar Rapids, IA, Madison, WI, and is open to other IFF locations within the Health & Biosciences Unit.

You will serve as the key logistics contact for the regional business unit leadership team and ensure operational excellence in transportation and warehousing execution.

Where You'll Make a Difference

• Drive operational execution for transportation and 3PL warehousing across North America.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in distribution operations.
• Manage on-time delivery performance and open order execution.
• Optimize finished product distribution expenses and forwarder management.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance logistics efficiency.
• Oversee 3PL inventory management programs and creation of new supply chains.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
• Mentor, coach, and develop a team of logistics professionals, including coordinators and specialists.
