Travel Intermediate Care RN - $2,396 per week

Premier Medical Staffing Services is seeking a travel nurse RN Intermediate Care for a travel nursing job in Wausau, Wisconsin.

Job Description & Requirements

• Minimum Experience : 3 years. 1 travel assignment REQUIRED
• Required Certifications : WI RN License, BLS. ACLS required NIHSS highly preferred. Will have to take an EKG exam during compliance
• RADIUS RULE-TRAVELER MUST BE OUTSIDE 50 MILES FROM FACILITY
• Float to all inpatient units as needed- will float to IMC and CTU units
• On Call / Call Back Requirements : None
• Weekend / Holiday Requirements : Every other weekend and every other holiday
• HOLIDAY ROTATION REQUIREMENTS : every other
• Guaranteed Hours Per Week : 48hrs. OT after 48 hours worked
• Shift Requirements : 12 hr day / night variables
• SHIFT NOTES : 12 hour day / night variables
• Charting Experience : EPIC REQUIRED
• REQUIRED EDUCATION : Associate Degree or Certificate
