As a Patrol Unarmed Officer in a leading tech environment, you will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting routine patrols and remaining highly visible throughout the location. You will interact with employees and visitors, delivering exceptional customer service and clear communication. This is a driving post, so a valid driver's license is required. What You'll Do

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, responding to situations as needed.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities and identify potential issues.

Monitor entrances, exits, and sensitive areas to help to deter unauthorized access within a technology-focused environment.

Communicate professionally with visitors, employees, and / or contractors, providing assistance and directions as appropriate.

Document observations and incidents accurately, providing detailed reports to Allied Universal management as required.

Support emergency response activities in accordance with client and Allied Universal protocols.

Minimum Requirements

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

Must be at least 21 years of age.

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
