Job descriptionNICU Level : Level III Beds : 36-bed unit Avg. Daily Census : 26 Avg. Length of Stay : 19 days Annual Admissions : 500 Advanced Services : High-frequency ventilation Inhaled nitric oxide Whole-body therapeutic cooling aEEG Subspecialty Support : Cardiology, Neurology, General Surgery, Endocrinology Joint Commission Certified in the care of premature infants since 2012 Open to Fellows (must be BC in Pediatrics) Opportunities for research, teaching , and quality improvement Supportive, experienced team environment great for early career or seasoned physicians Competitive salary (commensurate with experience to discuss during interview) Relocation assistance available Full benefits package including : Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Short- & Long-term Disability 401(k) with company match Employee Stock Purchase Plan (15% discount) HSA / FSA Options Aflac plans (hospital, critical illness, accident) Identity Protection Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Board Certified in Pediatrics Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine Fellowship-trained in Neonatology Completed prior to start Kansas License Or willing to obtain DEA license Must be obtained prior to start Clean malpractice and license history Highly Preferred J1 / H1B Visa Support Available

- Practice Size : 5 Neonatologists
- Shift Model :
- Mix of 8- and 24-hour in-house shifts
- 170 hours / month (1.0 FTE)
- In-house call with backup from home
