Compensation Highlights :

• Base salary aligned with qualifications and experience.
• Premium pay for shifts, on-call duties, and select positions.
• Annual performance-based salary increases.

Comprehensive Benefits :

Work Schedule : Nights, 8 and 12-hour shifts, with a rotation every third weekend and holiday.

Sign-On Bonus : $15,000 for 3rd Shift.
