About Our Unit : Join our dynamic 24-bed Neurosurgical Unit , where you will provide exceptional care to a diverse patient population including :
Post-operative craniotomy patients.Patients undergoing cervical, thoracic, and lumbar spine surgeries.Hemorrhagic and ischemic stroke patients as part of our Comprehensive Stroke Program.High volume of cervical and spinal surgery patients, along with medical overflow cases.Experience cutting-edge care and innovative neurosurgical techniques as part of the Aurora Neuroscience Innovation Institute (ANII).
Your Role : As a Registered Nurse, you will :

Registered Nurse license in the state of practice.Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA).Completion of an accredited Nursing program.Typically requires 1 year of clinical nursing experience.Skills Required :
Holistic patient care focus with excellent communication skills.Ability to manage critical decisions and prioritize effectively.Proficient with health information systems and electronic medical records.Strong interpersonal skills for building professional relationships.Physical and Working Conditions :
