ServiceNow HRSD Developer

A company is looking for a Senior Applications Developer.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and deployment of HRSD solutions and enhancements

Oversee the configuration and user experience design of the Employee Center Pro portal

Collaborate with HR stakeholders and IT teams to translate business needs into effective ServiceNow HRSD solutions

Required Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience developing on the ServiceNow platform, with at least 3 years focused on HRSD

Proven experience managing and enhancing the Employee Center Pro portal

Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and HRSD best practices

Certified ServiceNow Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist - Human Resources (CIS-HR)

Experience with Agile development methodologies
