Position : Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA)

Shift : Day Shift (7 : 00 AM - 3 : 30 PM)

Contract Duration : 12 weeks

Role Overview

The Licensed Nursing Assistant will provide essential patient care and support within a long-term care or rehabilitation environment. This role requires reliability, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to assist residents with daily living tasks while ensuring safety and comfort.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Provide mobility support, including transfers and ambulation assistance.
• Take and record vital signs accurately.
• Report changes in resident condition to nursing staff promptly.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive environment for residents.
• Support nursing staff in delivering high-quality care.
• Document care provided in accordance with facility policies.
• Follow infection control, safety, and confidentiality guidelines.
