Hours Guaranteed : 40 Hours / Week

Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable and compassionate Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) for a 13-week contract assignment in Bennington, VT. This is a full-time night shift position where you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to residents in a long-term care environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities including bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility.
• Provide support with meals, hydration, and nutritional needs.
• Measure and record vital signs as directed by nursing staff.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents.
• Report changes in resident conditions to the nursing team promptly.
• Support residents with emotional and social needs while fostering a positive atmosphere.
• Follow all facility policies, safety standards, and infection control procedures.
• Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team to ensure the highest quality of care.
