About the role

As the Advisor Training, you will be directly responsible for providing training and instruction to personnel for safe and efficient operation of equipment and processes, and for ensuring that training adheres to government and corporate rules and regulations, and to manufacturer specifications.

Key result areas in this role include :

• Provide training for basic and specialty mill Common Core.
• Provide training for mill process operations.
• Deliver in-house training programs (e.g., forklift, bobcat, fall
• Organize, draft, and facilitate training programs as required.
• Act as a resource for surface operations on matters involving health
• and safety.
• Work in a healthy work environment with full support, cooperation
• and commitment to satisfy our operation's goal of being accident [1] free.
• Comply with federal and provincial acts and regulations, and legal
• requirements.
• Adhere to all relevant corporate policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

About you

As the Advisor Training, you will possess an Ontario Secondary School Graduation Diploma and be certified in Ontario Common Core and Train the trainer accreditation. It is also important that you have / can demonstrate :
