Primary Care Physician Opportunity

Position Highlights :

• Work schedule : Monday - Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm (no call, no weekends)
• Manage patient care in an outpatient setting
• Conduct consults, follow-up appointments, well-checks, and schedule screenings
• Comfortable seeing patients of all ages, with a focus on adults and seniors
• Average Daily Patient Census : 18-20 patients
• Appointment times : 40 minutes for new patients, 20 minutes for follow-ups
• Dedicated support staff, including nurses and medical assistants

The salary range for this role is $229,500 to $378,000 annually, based on full-time employment. Compensation is influenced by factors such as local labor markets, education, work experience, and certifications. Additionally, Optum offers a comprehensive benefits package, incentive programs, equity stock purchase options, and 401k contributions (subject to eligibility requirements).
