Overview :
We are looking for a highly skilled Corporate Executive Assistant to provide exceptional administrative, operational, and strategic support to the President and senior leadership team. This role is ideal for a proactive, resourceful professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and can anticipate needs, streamline operations, and serve as a trusted partner to executives.
Key Responsibilities :
Serve as the main point of contact for vendors, handling negotiations, contracts, and service coordination.
Create and deliver PowerPoint presentations for executive and board meetings.
Coordinate corporate events, including site selection, vendor management, scheduling, and logistics.
Manage domestic and international travel arrangements, itineraries, and expense reports.
Maintain executive calendars, meeting schedules, and confidential correspondence.
Organize and oversee office operations, procedures, and administrative workflows.
Support communication between U.S. operations and Mexico Spanish-speaking headquarters.
Lead preparation of quarterly board presentations and company newsletters.
Oversee administrative staff and ensure smooth day-to-day office function.
Qualifications :
Minimum 10 years of experience supporting C-level executives.
Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience.
Fluent in English; Spanish proficiency preferred.
Strong experience with vendors, event coordination, and executive presentations.
Expert in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat.
Self-starter with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent judgment, discretion, and communication abilities.
