Lead - Recruitment Applications and Operations / Workday Integration

The UHS Human Resources Department is hiring a Recruitment Applications and Operations Lead to support recruitment applications and operations; leads projects at corporate and field levels across 300+ hospitals including Acute Care and Behavioral Health. Projects include but are not limited to, vendor selection, creating project plans and task lists, and lead and develop integrations with vendors.

Key Responsibilities include :

• Design, code, test and document new systems or enhancements to existing systems
• Assists in recommending application solutions to meet business need
• Participate in meetings with users, vendors, and IS staff to develop / modify system specifications
• Support the implementation of applications and prepare the appropriate documentation
• Perform system testing and documentation for all phases of the application development life cycle
• Develop and manage recruitment reporting and analytics
• Perform system testing and documentation for all phases of the application development life
• Partner with Corporate HR Operations to identify areas of recruitment improvement

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with 3 - 5 years' experience in Recruitment Systems.
