Job Description

To provide customer service with SPIRIT and pay and / or verify Jackpot winnings in a timely fashion.

• Complete written department forms to document cash transactions, jackpot payouts and money handling.
• Monitor slot floor activities, BV jams, paper jams, data entry, guest relations, and dispatch.
• Develop, apply, and maintain a friendly and courteous rapport with customers and team members.
• Maintain secure key controls at all times.
• Perform minor machine maintenance.
