Dentist General Practice

We're looking for a dedicated and skilled Dentist to provide comprehensive, high-quality oral health care and leadership to our team.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver Exceptional Patient Care : Provide a full range of general dentistry services, including diagnostic, preventative, restorative, and surgical treatments (e.g., fillings, extractions, crowns, and treating edentulous areas).

Develop and Coordinate Treatment : Create comprehensive dental treatment plans and clearly communicate them to patients and their families, ensuring informed consent is obtained for all services.

Clinical Leadership and Mentorship : Provide effective leadership, direction, and guidance to clinical support staff to ensure seamless and efficient patient treatment flow.

Maintain Compliance and Safety : Strictly adhere to all federal, state, and local regulations, including those set by the State Dental Board, HIPAA (patient privacy), and OSHA (workplace safety).

Foster a Positive Environment : Consistently demonstrate a professional and positive attitude, contributing to a collaborative and pleasant work environment.
