Security Guard

The Security Guard will monitor traffic flow through security gate onto the premises. Check employees, contractors, and guests in and out as they enter / exit the facility. Responsible for supervising, training, and directing duties of contract guards daily.

Responsibilities :

• Guard entrance gate of industrial plant and grounds, warehouse, or other property to control traffic to and from buildings and grounds.
• Open gates to allow entrance or exit of employees, truckers, and authorized visitors. Responsible for verifying inbound and outbound documentation is correct and filing of paperwork.
• Guide visitors and truckers to various parts of grounds or buildings.
• Check credentials or approved roster before admitting anyone.
• Inspect outgoing traffic to prevent unauthorized removal of company property or products.
• Responsible for supervising, training, and directing duties of contract guards daily.
• Creation and implementation of new procedures, directed by management.
• Ability to perform all essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
