Driver's license is required. We are seeking a detail-oriented Land Survey Technician to assist with surveying projects and support accurate land measurements and mapping. The Land Survey Technician works closely with surveyors and engineers to collect field data using GPS, total stations, and other surveying equipment. Responsibilities include setting up and operating survey instruments, recording measurements, preparing sketches and field notes, and assisting with boundary, topographic, and construction surveys. The ideal candidate will have strong math skills, the ability to interpret maps and plans, and experience with data collection technology. Physical stamina is required, as the position involves outdoor work in varying weather conditions and terrains. Familiarity with CAD software and surveying software is a plus. This role provides an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in land development, engineering, or construction, offering hands-on experience in the field of surveying.
