Reporting to the respective Team Leader or Senior Manager / Office Director, this role will be responsible for managing a team of skilled professionals within our HCEM service line. with HCEM Project Management Support Teams, service line leaders and project managers to effectively allocate talent and balance workloads.Partner with key departments (e.g., strategy, HR, finance) to promote cohesive team efforts.Encourage direct collaboration between regional staff and colleagues from other divisions and locations, building an interconnected and high-performing team.Requirements and QualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in Fire Protection, Fire Science, Safety, Emergency Management, or a related field preferred. An Associate degree with equivalent experience will be considered. CHFM and / or CFPS certification is a plus.A minimum of 5 years of healthcare-related consulting or compliance experience with a focus on Life Safety, Environment of Care (Physical Environment), and Emergency Management.Candidates should either reside in or be willing to regularly visit the Fairport, NY or Plainville, CT areas to enable close collaboration with team members and foster effective engagement.Proven ability to lead, mentor, and manage a diverse team, with project management experience.Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills with a commitment to excellence and continuous improvement.Exceptional communication and organizational skills.Professional designation is desirable (e.g., Professional Engineering License) but not required.Ability and willingness to travel domestically up to 50%, with potential for international assignments.#LI-BD1Please note that the salary range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting and not a guarantee of compensation.
