Schedule : Monday–Friday, 8 : 00 AM–5 : 00 PM EST

Location : Remote (Must reside in a compact state with an active compact RN license)

About the Role

A-Line Staffing is seeking an experienced Nurse Case Manager II to join our team in a fully remote capacity. This role supports members through a comprehensive case management process focused on assessment, planning, facilitation, and advocacy. The goal is to promote optimal, cost-effective outcomes while ensuring appropriate use of benefits and resources.

RN Nurse Case Manager Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive assessments of referred members using clinical tools and data review.

Evaluate member needs, eligibility, and benefit plan details to determine the appropriate case management strategy.

Apply and interpret case management criteria, plans, policies, and regulatory standards.

Coordinate internal and external services and resources to support member care.

Utilize case management and quality management processes in compliance with accreditation, regulatory, and company guidelines.

Communicate effectively with members, providers, and interdisciplinary teams.

Navigate multiple computer systems simultaneously while maintaining accuracy.

Meet productivity, quality, and documentation expectations in a remote office setting.

RN Nurse Case Manager ( Qualifications

Active, unrestricted RN license required.

Previous remote work experience required.

Case Management experience required.

2–3 years of clinical nursing experience (hospital, home health, ambulatory care, or similar).

2+ years of experience in healthcare or managed care.

Strong computer skills, including navigating multiple systems and accurate keyboarding.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment.

Ability to work in a sedentary, computer-based role for extended periods.

Preferred Qualifications

Case Management Certification (e.g., CCM) preferred, not required.

Work Environment

Fully remote position with typical office productivity and quality expectations.

Requires extended periods of sitting, phone communication, and reviewing digital or written documents.
