Qualifications :

• Active state licensure or certification (where required).
• CPR certification preferred (unless mandated by hospital policy).
• Preferred : Associate's degree from an accredited occupational therapy assistant program.
• Strong communication skills for effective interactions with patients, families, and caregivers.
• Proficiency in occupational therapy treatment techniques.
