Adult Ed - Surgical Technology Director and Instructor - Full-Time

Job Summary

The Surgical Technologist Program Director is responsible for the overall leadership, administration, and effectiveness of the Surgical Technology program in accordance with ARC / STSA and CAAHEP accreditation standards. This includes developing and maintaining a high-quality curriculum, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and accreditation requirements, overseeing clinical site coordination, and monitoring student progress and outcomes. The Program Director provides instructional leadership, fosters partnerships with clinical affiliates, ensures that all students receive rigorous and relevant learning experiences, and promotes continuous program improvement to prepare graduates for successful entry into the surgical technology profession. Travel between clinical sites required seasonally.
