This position is onsite in Draper, Utah and reports directly to the Head of Claims for Tesla Insurance Services. Relocation assistance is available.

What You'll Do

• Lead special projects for areas the Head of Claims oversees
• Serve as a generalist capable of solving any problem presented
• Prepare the Head of Claims for all key engagements and decisions, and when needed act as a stand-in
• Proactively resolve problems, and deal with issues before they get to the Head of Claims
• Act as a trusted advisor to the Head of Claims and senior leadership, providing compelling insights and critical analysis on company operations, key management decisions and other areas
