Internal Job Description (Summary)

Shift : Days, 4x10s (06 : 45–17 : 15)

Weekends : Only included in call requirements

Call : 20 days per 6-week schedule (minimum 2 weekends)

Floating : Within facility / Main OR and Piedmont Macon North as needed

Experience : 2 years minimum (first-time travelers accepted)

Aya Offer : Manager has 48 hours to review after confirmation; offer depends on clinical pass & RTO guidelines

RTO : Max 7 days

Holidays : Traveler must work applicable major holidays based on assignment period

Compliance : Full compliance required; delays result in a 2-week push due to bi-weekly orientation

Locals : Accepted at same rate

Orientation Hours : Based on contract length (e.g., 8 hrs for 8 weeks)
