What Youll Do :

As our Sales Manager , you are the heartbeat of the studios success. Youll be responsible for driving membership sales, building strong client relationships, and creating a positive and energetic environment for our team and members.

Key Responsibilities :

• Drive New Membership Sales through in-person, phone, and digital outreach
• Lead Front Desk Team to ensure exceptional customer service and goal achievement
• Track and Report Key Performance Metrics including conversion rates and revenue
• Create a Community Culture by engaging with members and hosting local events
• Collaborate with Ownership and Instructors to ensure a seamless studio experience
