Registered Nurse RN PRN

The RN Staff Nurse is responsible for the accurate and timely administrations of medications, treatments, documentation and emergency calls as indicated.

Compensation :   $38.00 per hour plus diffs.   Potential for $1.50 weekend shift differential for 7a-3 : 30pm on Saturday and Sunday.   $1.50 per hour extra when running as the charge nurse.   Potential for $1.50 per hour shift differential for 3pm-11 : 30pm or 11pm-7 : 30am during the week or $2.00 during Saturday and Sunday.

Shift and Schedule :   PRN as needed at least 3 shifts per month.

Essential Duties :

• Consistently administers medications accurately.
• Administers treatments, including, but not limited to :   dressings, catherization, suctioning, oxygen, etc.
• Assists in direct resident care as necessary.  Responds to resident emergency call system as indicated.
• Maintains accurate documentation of medication administered and care rendered.
• Maintains the self-respect, personal dignity, and physical safety of each patient.
• Assures continuity of services and care.
• Keeps physician and family aware of change in resident’s condition.
